Synopsis:
Donald and the nephews fall deep down into the Grand Canyon and Donald tries to get them out.

Comments:
Although Donald by virtue of his greater experience should be rescuing his nephews, the tables are quickly turned; they have to get their uncle out of the hot water! Barks wrote a similar plot in WDCS228 14 years later - and Donald had not grown any wiser...

Synopsis:
The nephews use their savings on some miniature jet-engines which Donald does not approve of. But he changes his mind later!

Comments:
Once again the nephews come to their uncle's aid, after he has bungled up things by trying to demonstrate superior knowledge.

Synopsis:
Donald is diving for pearls but during a dive he winds up inside a giant oyster. That spells trouble!

Comments:
This time things go horribly wrong for Donald as he faces a near-death situation from which (you guessed it) the nephews have to rescue him. He faced the same kind of situation in WDCS177. That time it took the nephews 4 days to help him out!

Synopsis:
The nephews are owners of the racing pigeon Rocket Wing but Donald uses it for his own purposes...

Comments:
Slight change in the setup: The nephews are still rescuing Donald, but this time Daisy is in dire distress as well. Furthermore, the nephews are not actively involved in the rescue.

Synopsis:
Donald wishes to go into the woods to shoot a turkey for dinner. He uses the custard gun that Gyro has invented. It can also shoot moose...

Comments:
Here's another fine mess Donald's gotten himself into! After being entangled in an infuriated moose's antlers the nephews boldly risk their lives in order to rescue him.

Synopsis:
Donald takes the nephews to the Grand Canyon to prove to them that cavemen don't exist. He will soon be much wiser...

Comments:
Again, the nephews risk their lives for their uncle, as they get into a fist fight with the strong cavemen who will not let Donald go. The story has a twist, because all the ducks are finally rescued from without.

Synopsis:
Donald is a skilled marksman with his bow and arrows and he is invited to Africa to shoot the pink-eyed rhinoceros with a tranquilizer arrow.

Comments:
It is not enough for Donald to be an expert if Lady Luck turns her back on him. Luckily, he has his nephews with him on his African venture, and they manage to save him ... for the umpteenth time!
