This concept idea would most probably have been developed into a 10-pager starring Donald Duck.

The main plot is that of Donald being a drug salesman. He tries to see a doctor about a sale but is repeatedly thrown out of the waiting room, because he is behaving badly. Finally, he gets to see the doctor - as a patient.
