The topic of Flight (as in escaping from trouble) is a recurring subject in most of Walt Disney's animated cartoons and comic book stories and Carl Barks' stories from the duck universe are no exceptions. Even though Barks in general made more 'adult' work containing greater and more complicated stories, better and more reflective plots, and coherent and more pensive dialogue, he wrote and drew characters fleeing many times.
The sub-pages present some of Barks' flight stories - but only the ones in which fleeing is a major factor - and you will probably be surprised to learn that many of them were not 'just' stories about furious or panicky running back and forth; Barks was much more inventive than that and indeed able to vary his plot-lines in a diversity of ways.
