Garé and Carl were married on Monday the 26th of July in Reno, Nevada. The newspaper San Jacinto Valley Register from the couple's home location brought an announcement focussing on Garé's merits (she was the celebrity person of the two at the time), while Carl was mentioned as 'a member of an old San Jacinto family'(!!!) ...
It has never before been known where the newlyweds went on their honeymoon, but the days were divided between two main locations; the old gold rush areas of El Dorado County in Central California and the Mount Lassen district of Shasta County in Northern California.
