THEVILLAINS

Carl Barks used a lot of villains in his stories but no matter how bad they were, they all had an undefinable jauntiness. Most of them are in fact quite likable. This is especially true for recurring characters such as The Beagle Boys who basically just fumble around, and for Donald Duck's infamous neighbour. Not to mention Magica de Spell and her many ambitious plans that will never really succeed.
This page, however, deals only with the crooks who made a single appearance. A few of the villains who stepped into the spotlight for a brief moment, but nevertheless left a lasting impression in our minds.

CP9 Christmas in Duckburg Dry-goods dealer Ollie Eiderduck is betting Scrooge that he can not deliver the tallest Christmas tree.
FC0275 Ancient Persia A mad professor abducts the Ducks and forces them to join him on a mystic expedition to Iran (the former Persia).	U$41 The Status Seeker The millionaire Porkman de Lardo is out to hinder Scrooge from finding a certain gemstone. The Beagle Boys tag along.	U$52 The Great Wig Mystery The fast-talker Scalpnick is suing Scrooge for one maximajillion dollars in damages after he has staged an accident.
U$59 North of the Yukon The moneylender Soapy Slick finds an overdue IOU of Scrooge's but the old duck is quite sure that he has a receipt somewhere.	U$55 McDuck of Arabia Sheik Hassan Ben Jaild is competing with Scrooge trying to find the legendary mines of the Queen of Sheba.	DD54 Forbidden Valley Manufacturer P.J. McBrine wants to stop Donald from saving the pickle harvest because he has a consignment of canned rutabagas to dispose of first.
FC0199 Sheriff of Bullet Valley Rancher Blacksnake McQuirt has invented a devious way of stealing cattle from the other ranchers. But rookie sheriff Donald is on to him.	FC0408 The Golden Helmet The swindler Azure Blue possesses an old map which can make him King of North America. But he has to find a special helmet first.	FC0495 The Horseradish Treasure The good-for-nothing Chisel McSue presents Scrooge with a contract in which Scrooge must find a certain lost case of horseradish or he will have to give McSue all his money.
