It is uncertain whether the ducks in Carl Barks' universe can be called sports freaks or not. However, it is indisputable that they have participated in a broad variety of sports over the years. In fact they have been seen doing almost all of the major sports, although they do not seem to have a favourite, recurring one.
On these pages you will be presented with one example of each sport. The sports have been loosely divided into 6 general groups: Indoor Sports, Outdoor Sports, Snow and Water, Track and Field, Animal Sports and what can be termed Non-Sports. Therefore you may find some events that you may not consider pure sports. Still, you are just asked to enjoy the chosen examples, which have been pasted into an album as snapshots.
