The American Disney duck artist Keno Don Hugo Rosa has been the most dedicated disciple of Carl Barks and his story artwork. Rosa has written and drawn a multitude of stories which faithfully follow in Barks' footsteps, and some of the stories are even sequels to Barks' stories. This page presents some of the best known examples of Barks' original stories that were later followed by Rosa's sequels, presented in chronological order.

Notice: This page only gives you an introduction to the interaction between Barks' original stories and Rosa's sequels. The intention is not to furnish you with more than an overall listing big enough for you to look up the stories and dive into them yourself. If you choose to do so, you will probably be amazed to learn just how much effort Rosa has placed into his stories in order to make them recognizable to Barksists. This was done on many levels such as partly parallel plotlines, special references, and the use of a great number of Barks' secondary, one-timer characters, often reused in completely different roles.
