Carl Barks made a great number of Disney comic book stories featuring all sorts of lawbreakers spanning from petty criminals to con artists to thieves to murderous villains. They can be divided into several categories such as recurring characters with occasional criminal tendencies. Examples are Gladstone Gander, Scrooge McDuck, the Beagle Boys, Magica de Spell, Flintheart Glomgold, Black Pete, J. Jones, and the Ducks (of which especially Donald Duck seems to be tarred with regrettable brush strokes (see more HERE).
But these characters only scratch the surface as for occasional criminal activities. The dominating group are represented by an almost endless gallery of, often, more hardcore one-timer crooks who were only present in one individual story. Common for them all is that they were invented for a specific purpose which is also why they were not likely to reappear in another story. The sub-pages take you through a selection of these criminals.

Notice: You are 'only' presented to graphically portrayed criminals mentioned with either real name or nickname meaning that huge groups of nameless candidates are excluded. This is true for, for instance, a small category of disturbed characters appearing in FC0108 Terror of the River, FC0275 Ancient Persia, and U$60 The Phantom of Notre Duck. Also, the crime labels (they are all different) mentioned in connection with each panel are only indicative of a specific criminal as most of them fit into more categories. Furthermore, the pages are loosely divided into two main catagories, i.e. Inside and Outside the Duckburg area depending on where a specific character committed (most of) the crimes.
