Everybody is an artist in his or her own field. This could mean that a page about artists in Carl Barks' comic book stories might develop into gigantic proportions, but, of course, the page will primarily concentrate on the sort of characters that we normally connect with the term, Artist. Still, there is an abundance of characters to choose from, and to make things just a bit more interesting the underlying pages have also been seasoned with background characters that you probably won't even recall having seen before, because they were very inconspicuous in the series. Furthermore, you will find a number of situations in which the ducks can be called artists.
It is quite hard to group the different sorts of artists into main groups as seen below, because many of the artists can be placed in more than one. So please regard the groupings as mere guide lines.
